camtasia studio 6 record audio from computer

'I want to have 3-5 microphones around the room recording as separate tracks so that when I create the finished product, it is a video of the computer screen with audio taken from speakers when I want them on the video but sometimes they will be talking or eating or making random noise when one of the other speakers are speaking and want to be able to turn off their track after the fact when editing.' Is there a certain reason you want them all separate ? For example are they all around a table talking or is it just one Presenter at a time ? If it is the latter then you would only need one mic anyway and just record it all on one track and there would be ways to cut/split the audio up for each speaker and then do some audio editing in the DAW or even Camtasia Studio and put them on separate tracks. And as others have stated Camtasia will not do what you are asking about.ġ. If it is just doing the stereo outputs then it is only two channels. If you have a DAW Software for exmple like Cubase (which has been discontinued), FL Studio, ProTools, PreSonus Studio One then you might want to check and see if your Mixer when connected by USB with the DAW Software will record your Multiple Mic Setup on seperate tracks or not.

Not sure if you have a Recording DAW Software that came with your Mixer or not.
